Lamu is an island off the coast of Kenya. There are no cars in Lamu so to get around your means of transport are walking, boats, and donkeys. It’s like going back in time and history.

MKTE creates opportunities for business connections that will increase tourism into Kenya, in particular, and East Africa in general. I attended the show for the third year in a row and, once again, it was filled with interesting people, great African products, and great insights.
